Text of Complaint by Sharon:

This is to inform you that I had ordered a bag from amazon ( order number : 40468200662094734) and it was not the product which I checked online and ordered.
I am escalating my concern

The colour, the quality and the bag was completely different from the one which I ordered.
As soon as I received the product, I had raised a complaint with amazon and also sent them the images of the product received on the necessary link provided by amazon.

After several talks ,the product was returned with an assurance that my amount would be refunded to my account.
But after receiving the product amazon had completely denied the product by saying that I have sent some other local bag ,which is not true as I have sent the same product.

How is amazon doing this and playing with customer’s money?
Please see into this matter,how the executive are playing games with customer’s money.
I would like to receive my refund as soon as possible,it has been 2 months I have been contacting you’ll
Please see the matter know urgent basis.
