Text of Complaint by Sharon Borges:

I had ordered a bag from amazon and it was not the one which I ordered color as well as the quality and what description was given on the amazon website.
As soon as I received the amazon product that is the bag I raised a complaint and return.
By uploading the necessary images.
They took the product and now are denying the refund saying I have given them a local product.
Which is not so.i have returned their original product.
Could you please help me with the same.
