I have issue an complaint of .y watch caz my watch is not working after 5mon.charging is not working that why its remain off I have issue about this to FIREBOLT website ..after two days the delivery boy provided by FIREBOLT recived my dage watch and now it’s more than 15 working days the FIREBOLT team did not send my watch or not an message about smartwatch,when I ask to coustomer care they say we will replace bu 4 to 5days but now it’s more than 10days …I’ didn’t get my smartwatch ….
It’s an request to you plz get back my smartwatch ….?I am a student and I get my watch with my own pocket money it’s an humble request to you to plz get my smartwatch my back
