My Complaint for below mention orders

Order I’d : OD124460626968167000
1st of all we purchased boat 131 items, but due to their not being as per our requirement and not proper working, after that we requested for its return as per return policy of company but without any discussion our return request was canceled by company and no satisfied answer was received from the company, so i am lost mony of this product money.
Again last month we have order item boat rockerz 235v2
which we got demage and other brands for which we requested refund on the same day but we still don’t have get any solution for that.
one more my bad experience with flipkart last year in june’21 month we did grocery item order (OD122028153181407000) in which coconut hair oil item did not recived for which we log a complaint to support team but neither amount refund came or item and not got any support from company.
