As per paytm 2% convenience fee and applicable gst has to be apply but in my case i have done a transaction of 10 rupees and they charged me 118 rupees of convenience fee on that. If we consider 100% gat+2% convenience fee that will be around 20.4 rupees on 10 rupees. Pls help me with that
