I have purchased Realme TV on exchange vide order no: OD328810553007455100 on 05-08-23, during exchange of TV – Wall mount taken by FLIPKART DELIVERY PERSON and I have to purchase New WALL MOUNT @400\- from Demo installation person . When I raised complaint to FLIPKART – executive told this is not their concern as delivery person send the product to seller. THIS TYPE OF REPLY is very Childish and unacceptable from FLIPKART. I will make complain to Consumer court if not justified solution provided.
