My name is Mr lucky, I took a soft loan of 5000 naira some days back which I paid back today being the 3rd day of march 2024. The due date is today and as at yesterday, a staff of mycash messaged me on WhatsApp to harass me which I was not cool with. I had to repay their loan to avoid any issues, 30mins after my payment, they credited my account without my consent. This is an act of stealing and they expect me to pay back after 8days with interest. I am not interested in this loan and I don’t want it. Looked for several ways to reach their customer service but to no avail. If they should do anything stupid, I will sue them for obtaining under false pretense.
