I have booked two tickets with PNR nos. 6122807454 and 4252477374 on the Name Balasundari S, Female, 49 yrs and pain the amount by using irctc app and i have cancelled my ticket. The refund status in my irctc app is showing as refunded to Bank Name “PAYTM M” and the refund ids are 1oo000287959013 (refund amount Rs. 535) and 100000287959009 (refund amount Rs. 680). The cancellation was done on 5/12/2018. It has been more than 10 days but my refund amount is not refunded in my bank account. Please do the needful
