I ported my mobile number 9777732132 ,from Jio Post paid to Airtel Post paid [do not remember the date]. After my service got ported to Airtel, I got a TextMessage from airtel stating that,”Hello Debashis Sahoo, an outstanding of Rs.63.07 is still due for your number 9777732132 with the previous operator Reliance, jio OR. The services will be stopped by 19-AUG-23, in case dues are not cleared”.
My calling facilities was barred.I cleared this Neglisible amount of 63.07 at JIO-Store on dtd 19-08-2023, after that waiting for hours I did not get my service resumed. Next step was to call the customer care by dialing 198, and i did not get proper answer. Then furthur I contacted on same number dialing 198, the customer care executive advised to visit Airtel store nearby. But the place I live in, it is the place where no postpaid service is provided.There are stores nearby, but they do not provide postpaid services.The place I am talking about is, Dhenkanal,Odisha-759001, which is a district headquarter.Poor service provided by Airtel, so Filing this complaint.
