My broadband internet is not working since 8th Sep 2020 and I raised a complain and expected to be resolved by 9th Sep 2020 but no body shown neither I get any call, on behalf of that another service request is open which is still not resolved and whenever I’m calling customer support, they are committing that It will be resolved by today only.
