I am a having a postpaid mobile number of Airtel for last 10 years..on 18th November 2020 I received a bill of my mobile amounting to rs 1036.56… when I enquired about the bill firstly they told me that bill plan of Rs249 is no longer available that’s why company changed your bill plan to 999 without my consent.. further they assured refund will be done as this was their mistake… later on when I called again on customer care number to enquire about refund they told me that as the plan was changed at customer end through Airtel App so there will be no refund…Airtel is losing its dignity by doing such type of acts with their Platinum customer…
