My consumer number is 160231187364 and I got a bill of amount 3790/- with due date date payment as 18th July 2020. However my average normally is at arounf Rs 1000/month. Looks like the bill did not consider my previous payments during lockdown that was paid based on previous averages. Kindly correct the bill and notify the correct amount so that we can pay the correct amount.
