This is with regards to the ride CRN 7043249627. I asked driver to stop the trip and after that I got down on my location .Bill was deducted from Ola postpaid. the bill was 108 something but that driver didn’t ended the trip there .He ended the trip after going to some other location .and now I see my bill is 743. And there is no online customer support. They are contacting through email and each time they are saying I have changed my location. By that time I have my phone in my bag and there is no chance to change the location. They keep increasing money with late fee charges instead of solving the matter . They are forcing customers to pay the bill otherwise it will affect my cibil score
