Vodafone is deducting my balance regularly from last one month and has deducted my ₹60-70 unusually and they are not receiving my call on their prescribed no. 198

They pretend on TV or  news to be adding tower every hour.

But I found it fake by using their  network from last 4-5 months.

Their customer satisfaction report is zero.

Also they have added a bloody game app that corrupted my handset and now I am unable to use even my  handset properly

I want my money back and want to port my no.  to Jio
