I’m making payment 11 September 2020 to Act Internet bill through mobikwik from Google Pay and my amount is 647.82 deducted by Google pay from bank account and I’m raise a dispute 7days ago but there is no response and my money is not refunded at yet. Then I asking Google pay agent then he replied escalate your issue and he repeated but my transaction in Google Pay is still showing as processing please refund my money.
