on september 24th i ordered a mobile phone for my mother, according to amazon track your order option, they were supposed to deliver it by september 25th, but around 1 or 2 P.M, I received an mail from Amazon saying that i refused to accept the order, so they are returning it to the seller, but no one showed up at my door step nor did i receive any call from them, I called customer support, they said they tried to reach the delivery agent but couldn’t get hold of them, so they asked me wait a day so they could try re-delivery, but the product wasn’t received but got my money back, Again on September 29th I placed an order of same phone this time they said they’ll deliver it by 1st October but guess what same thing happend, I got a mail from amazon saying i have rejected to accept the offer, but again no one showed up at my door step, i would like to raise a complaint against that delivery agent for putting me through mental stress.
