hello sir i am shubham kushwaha my prepaid account no 8827288614 (from mp and now i live in girgaon haryana ) not work on my phone error shows no service.

i am going to your customer care service centres many times he told me my number is is belong to other adhar id name like rajinder …sir this number belongs to me approx 6 years and he told me this sim card will be not change u have give me 399 rupees for your number will again portability to your name and we give you a postpaid sim after 7 days sim will work but sir why i was taking a plan of 399 rupees and a postpaid sim connection in place of my prepaid sim coneection.

i contact to customer care and they told me sir u dont worry you give your adharcard and update details about your sim and take a new sim card behalf of 25 rupees its thats okk but when i was going to service centre they all want money and say to me take plan and new postpaid connection and dont give me any solution

sir i only want a new sim card and attached with my aadhar card.

sir mere aadhar card ko mere sim se attach kiya jaye or mujhe naya sim diya jaye usi number  ka ….or sir mere sim card ko meri bina marji ke anjjane tareeke se kisi or ke aadhar card se link kiya gaya hai hai i dont have any information about it

pls take some action against it i am very disturbed because this problem.
