Text of Complaint by Anitha:

On 29th june’22, I’ve requested for a call from Airtel to know more details on 999 postpaid family plan… I didn’t received any call from them. Out of sudden someone called me on 1st July asking for another 2 numbers to add saying my plan is already active and converted to a postpaid… Called customer care multiple times but they are asking me to wait and pay for 90days to come back to prepaid. This is my secondary number and primary number is already postpaid with them.
