Dear sir i was recharged dec 3rd on my airtel num(8220684585) for rupes 289 , 2 times.on that recharge 1 pack was expired on 24th feb but the next pack will not activate continuously activate. in that the recharge i was assked our customer on dec 3rd if i was recharged 2times of rs 289 1 pack is active and another pack is in background when the first pack is expired the next pack will activate. he was told yes sir the another pack will be in background. that’s way i was recharged 2times of rs 289 but the next pack will not activate. then i was call our customer care on feb25 he was told me to wait for 24 hrs but after 24hrs it was not activated. again i was call our customer care on feb 26th on that time he was told me to wait for 48hrs but i was wait for 72hrs but it was not activated. again call customer care on march 1st on that time he was said it was already activate at a same time of dec 3rd so we was no responsible for the amount. but i was call our customer care and clarify it was activate at a time are in background he was told me that pack is in background that’s way i was reacharged 2 times now what can i do for that money sir….. plzz answer. it was not my mistake it was our airtel customer care mistake then why should i loss my money
