On 5th March 2020 I came to USA from Mumbai
Maybe because my international Roaming was not activated while I was in India for the number 9136012303 – I am unable to use it in USA. when I contacted – one of the Airtel Representative – who I had met in your Gallery in HIRANANDANI, POWAI, Mumbai – he asked me to activate the same by downloading the Airtel APP.
When I tried that – the app asked me to authenticate by keying in the OPT – which they said they have sent to me on number 9136012303 & my email ID patshekhar@gmail.com
But I did not receive any OPT on phone [9136012303 as this sim is not working in the USA – due to no activation of ‘International Roaming’
Later I wrote to 121@airtel.in
They replied – saying my email id patshekhar@gmail.comhekhar@gmail.com – is not linked to the number ‘+91 9136012303 ‘ and asked me to authenticate it – by clicking on ‘click here’ – by doing that – it again says that they have sent an OTP on 9136012303 – AFTER KNOWING THAT _ THIS NUMBER IS NOT WORKING – So I don’t receive the OTP]
who will help me – when I am in USA – during this CORONO crisis – and I want to talk to my family in INDIA
