Issue:- My order was delivered to somewhere else which is not my address it was an OTP base delivery,the OTP has not sended to my registered mobile no. While placing the order I have checked properly for the delivery address selected for this particular orders , it was my home address of Nagpur, the product has delivered to Delhi address which is not mine .
However when I realised that the address is changed prior to intimate me I reach out to shopsy customer care elaborate my issue for more than 1.5hours I have not get the resolution I asked to cancel the order or else change the delivery address, changing delivery address was not possible I understood , agent have not cancel my order eventhough the agent promised that the concerned team regarding this issue will connect with you on 15 by 7-8 am,that I have not received , and the 3 products has delivered to the same delhi address which was not mine . I connected to the shopsy customer service one more time , it was a call of about 1 hour ,but suddenly when I asked to transfer my call to the super senior the call disconnected by agent side . For 2 times the call was disconnected I have recording . If I am informing my account has hacked don’t deliver the product cancel it give my refund back, they have to listen to the customer and give the resolution. I have not received the resolution yet
Please help me out .
