Hi ,
I have usually purchased on Flipkart since it was started ,we also get n no of defective and used product some times,in that case we create a return request ,like that in my last purchase I received a used product and found in delivering my package after 5 mins I raise return ,they not accept my return request asking original I’d proof after I submitted my account was blocked and asking reason they didn’t response ,since 40 mails has been drafted and reverted but no one is giving a solution to my problem ,more than 50 days over ,no one is connecting my call to higher official
