- I have recharged my account by 300 rupees on 05th March 2019 & got validity till 25th March but all of a sudden I got message on 15th March that I have been migrated to higher fit package & my validity will expire on 19th March 2019. I didn’t knew how to complaint of it then I tried to change my package online with best of my knowledge in Hindi basic pack & I got validity till 26th March. But again I got message on 19th that my account is deactivated due to no balance.
- Hence, I request you to kindly correct my account as on my 5th March 2019 recharge & extend the days also which is in deactivation. After it I’ll choose my plan & recharge accordingly.
