I am a flipkart plus premium member. I have purchased many products in every segment of flipkart. After all this flipkart blocked my account without any information. Even I requested to customer support to unblock the account still my account was blocked and no response received from Flipkart. In my account i am having super coins amount balance, gift cards amount balance and many products warranties. And now a days i have been complaining to customer care since many times that flipkart is delivering fake and duplicate items.
Is this the way flipkart is treating their plus premium member customers.
And even we have not received any message in past.
So kindly unblock my account and if not than Transfer my super coin amount and gift card amount in my bank account.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue. I am very unhappy with your service….I am not able to consume my own money which is in the wallet….how can they do this…first of all why they have returned money into the wallet while I want this into my account….
