My account is been blacklisted without my knowledge I have not received any mail or a call from any Flipkart executive on this. The reason for blacklisting my account is been stated as high number of unusual activities detected on the account, and the sense to be a baseless allegation, as the owner of the account it was me who yeah operated the orders and returns of the products. As I was placing orders frequently as per the wants and needs, I had received products which were in a really bad condition, broken, bent and damaged. As Flipkart is not providing or selling products for free of cost to their customers, as customers We are forced to Return such products, as we’re paying the money from our pockets. I Seriously accuse Flipkart for baseless allegation, and not informing the customer prior blacklisting their account. The customer support is very poor and do not function as per the needs of the customer in many scenarios. I want Flipkart to revoke my account and extend the return period of the damaged products which were supposed to be returned by now.
