Hi team,
I’m pallavi my flipkart account has been blocked by flipkart without prior information, I have ordered few dresses in bulk as I was not well and I need to join office after few weeks. These was nothing wrong with the items I returned and I placed a order worth Rs 13k for formal shoes and kurta, after delivering these order when I ties to return few of them the flipkart has blocked my account with any prior information and even after the blocking of my account these people keep on sending me the products I ordered. I reached out to customer care on a call ad well as on Twitter for more than 20-30 times in a month every time they say they are registering my complaint and will resolve it. No action has been taken from the flipkart team. Now these people are saying that they have sent a mail to me, and I didn’t get any mail too. I’m middle class person and that amount cost me half of my home mo thly rental. I don’t know what to do it’s more than a month now and I’m still struggling to return these unused waste items which says size l but fits for a size S person.
