Hi, When I was trying to log in on my account. It was shown that your account got blocked and contact customer care for the resolution. I did the same, but they gave me a very lame excuse that the system has found multiple returns from your account so, you will not able to logging in to your account. There were not as such returns and I have ordered products worth Rs laces. I was facing some issue from my account I reported about the same in their customer care department but no action was taken. They humiliate their customer. I have gone through a lot of mental stress also while due to their the system issue my refund of Rs 1.58 L was stuck for around one month. They can do whatever they want with the customer and can simply copy paste a message of saying sorry for the inconvenience. They should have mention it in their terms and conditions that. Why they provide a 30 days no question ask return policy?
