My account got inaccessible as they mentioned that I was doing excessive return and exchange.
I am a prominent customer and often do shopping there. I ordered a product but I received a torn and shabby top. I asked for exchange the delivery boy didnot pick it up. I spoke with the customer care but nothing substancial is happening.
Instead my account got shut down.
I believe if I was doing excessive return or exchange i should rather get notification about it. But blocking and shutting down my account is a vague move.
