Text of Complaint by Renjitha R Nair:

My 4 year old son’s studiying in KR Mangalam World school, Greater Noida, UP and his hand got fractured in the school. Teacher called me and informed that my son fell down and he is completely fine and asked me to pick him up. It took almost 1.5 hours from my place of work to reach the school. I saw swelling in his hand and immediately took him to the hospital. Doctor advised for an operation as the fracture is severe. I immediately called the teacher and inquired the reason and asked why they didn’t take him to the hospital in the first place. I have also asked how it happened and requested to show the CCTV visuals. As per the teacher, my son fell down while he was walking and as per my son some kid in his class pushed him down. I have visited the school after my son’s operation as the doctor confirmed that the fracture does not looks like that happen during a normal slippage. School denied all my requests and they didn’t even allow me to visit the school principal or lodge a complaint. I request you to provide justice for the pain that my son and I had due to the irresponsibility of school management evenafter paying a huge school fees on monthly to take care the kid properly. This incident has happened within 6 months of sending him to that school. They failed to take care my son and accordingly, I had also lost few days for work as well. I request for the justice for our painful two months and his loss of academic year.
