I have ordered one set of 3 formal shirts on 19.06.2020 through on line in Tuckme.co.in. Rs.1099 paid through Payu in_Paisa, as there is no cash on delivery option. Order No. is TUK 1768. An order confirmation mail (from helptuckme@outlook.com, in which it was mentioned I will be notified when product has been sent). But it’s been 25 days and I have not received any communication from them. and I have not received the product although i mailed them two- three times and to the above mentioned mail id.
I request you to help me in this regard and take action against them so that I receive either my money or the product.
