Dear Sir,Mam
I would like to inform you that I have taken a loan from Hero fincorp and My EMI has been bounced due to insufficient fund unfortunately but instant I paid it through online as asked by the company.after that they have made multiple charges from my account in name of name failed ecs without prior information and continuesly sending msg mail that bounced charged still pending. I have already informed through mail,phone calls but they are not updating it after so many reminders and also there is no customer support please do needful.
