I purchased laptop 0n 25th aug 2022, it is defective I raised complaint and they arrange inspection services to my door step but no one coming and also return item slot booking on 8th sep but rejected and again talk to customer care and they said return pick up booked on 9th sep and again also rejected without any reason and again customer care they said 11th sep but no proper response from other side and also I am waiting for return pick up without any job or work. But no response from that side. Every time they cheated me and got mental harassment please solve my problem
