I have recharges my family members Airtel Number 3 times to activate the services, but I haven’t got any service activated no outgoing calls, no incoming calls and no internet. It is very difficult to speak with the customer care agents, at last did it, they said recharge with 49 and services will be activated, done the recharge but same problem. Like that recharged with 149 as well same result. When i have emailed them the same concern to 121@in.airtel.com, they told email is not verified. I have verified my email and got the Status of email verified through Customer care agent (got verification call to my personal Airtel Number)and saw the same in my Airtel thanks app, then again raised the concern over email, they said the email id is not verified.
Called 121 several times but there is no option of speaking to Customer care executive any point of the day and any point in the week. Airtel Charges more money than the other operators over Internet Data but services are really pathetic. We cannot speak to them or write to them. It is quite frustrating to loose the money and getting the work done.
Please help us to raise the complaint over this
