I used paytm app to pay money to a friend for that i had to add the money from my babk account to the paytm wallet. While i was doing that i first uesd the upi method and after entering upi password it sayed transaction timed out so in the same money adding transaction i uesd my debit card to add the money to wallet and this time the money was added. After the payment was all done i got two messages from bank that both the transactions were done and i was charged double money when u asked paytm care they told me that the upi transaction was successful and the money from debit card transaction was refunded instantly, so ask your bank. I asked my bank and they said there is no such refunded process that we had received. Again I contacted the paytm care and this time started to fill me with excuses and now paytm care does not answer my pending queries
