In my equafix report fair assets shows payment pending. After Call them & inform, they told me this is arranged from Mudrakwik. But there is no payment pending from my side to Mudrakwik. But FAIRASSETS told only Mudrakwik solve the issue, we are only NBFC. After that calling Mudrakwik. But the number not exist. I mailed to Mudrakwik, but there is no response. After that I’ll check playstore, but the app not available. Kindly give me a good solution. Past 3 months my CIBIL score affected by this issue. Here I attached the payment screenshot.
