Respected Sir/Madam
Myself Ali Abbas, Vodafone sim user. My Mobile No. 9167663066. I’m facing very trouble on the last date of validity period. On the last day of validity period we must have to be 3 to 4 times call someone who have to be call. Neither my voice reaches to next person nor next persons voice reaches to me. In this duration costumers faces lots of problems of network issue. Either costumer will recharge or not that is his personal problems. If they won’t recharge after validity period Sim Provider have to right to disconnect temporarily of all activities. But Company provider have not right to irritate costumer like this. Therefore be honest with your costumer satisfaction till last date. Don’t be irritate your valuable costumer. This is very terrible things for any reputed Company providers. Please do something as soon as possible.
