I Shri Shankar Shivram Narvekar, Consumer No.020012590327(Billing Unit 4720 Dombivli EastIISDN, Terrif LT-I phase, Circle Kalyan I) wants to complaint about huge bill given by the above said company, normally we get monthly electricity bill in range of 2000-3000(except in the month of April and May) due to Cocid-19 the bill for last four months were not received , but we pay all on Mahavitran apps every month from April-June 2020. Now I wants to bring your attention that, on yesterday when I see the bill on Mahavitaran apps the bill is Rs. 20555/- which is very huge amount, I was shocked. As per the letter send by the company they told me that they give us three equal installment option for paying the above bill plus I have to pay the regular monthly bill i.e. appx 3000/- means Rs. 6852 + 3000 = Rs. 9852- per month I have to pay for next three month, which is not affordable for me. I m retired person age 89+ suffering from many deices from last many years. My son Mr. Nitin S. Narvekar go to the MSEDC Office, MIDC Phase II,Near Shagun Hall, Dombivli East, for requesting them for more period i.e. 6 equal installments but the concerned lady deny to give such facility, my son told her that I wants to give letter about above all things but she is not ready to accept such type of letter, she show lot collection that Nitin have already downloaded from MSERD official site and show them, in there circular they told that compare with last years bill the the average bill is not near to my this months any bill. I am ready to pay the four months dues in 6 month instrumentally. Kindly do the needful. I afraid that they disconnect my connection. If anything happens to my health, MSEDC company is sole responsible for that.
