Text of Complaint by Shiva Kumar:

On may-16th we have ordered one dress which costs 1349 rs. The product which is delivered is wrong item and it is not at all matching which is showing on the site. I had raised a complaint and they are saying to courier it to Gujarat. Ideally they should arrange the return delivery pickup but they denied the same. Also, they are saying that once they receive the product they will credit the amount to their wallet it seems which is also unfair. They are saying that they can’t transfer to my bank account as per their policy. I need justice. Kindly do the needful.
