I had couple of due payments in mpokket app which i cleared and i even deactivated my account but around 6-8 accounts are still shown open and stated that i am yet to pay the loan amount, this is affecting my credit score and will impact my ability to take loan in emergency situations further down in the future. Please get hold of the fraud company. I cannot reach them as i have tried via the app and internet.
