This is an issue that I am facing from my end, I had taken an loan of 1000₹ and I have paid back of Rs – 1040. The amount is debited from my bank account but in the mpokket app it is not updated and showing me to repay the loan. I had called the mpokket customer care regarding this, and the agent has not fixed my issue yet. The mpokket agent has taken my mpokket account and took few loans, changed the mobile no and the bank account. The agent is not refunding or updating. The agent has taken loan from my app without my consent and changed the mobile number and bank account.
Please look into this and fix the issue as soon as possible
