I’ve took a loan of Rs. 10000/- from mpocket laon app in the month of November 2021. And now they have added a penalty of Rs.18540/- and total of Rs. 28540/- they are asking me to pay and I’ve confirmed them that at end I need a settle of the account and I’ll pay an amount of Rs. 15000/- which is calculated with the RBI rate of max interest of 6% , and I’m asking this mopocket people to settle my account since many months and they are not even bothering of it and going on increasing the penalty and warning me as we will contact your family members will send you the legal notice and we will make your cibil score to end and not get any kind of financial help from any source and they have shared a file in the name of legal notice and they not even mentioned the loan given amount which is of Rs 10000/- and false interest rate amount
