I Have taken loan of Rs 20000 from Mpokket finance company… I was not able to pay my loan because of that time I lost my job….After 349 days they are sending me legal notice to recover their money….They charge me 56000 as a penalty charges in 349 days…And now they are saying your total overdue amount is 76000 with penalty…And I can do settlement in 44500 ….They are overcharged to me as a penalty and now they harrras me and my family and friends and blackmailing to me repayment….I also told them I can do settlement with 25000 but they are not ready to do…And still harassing me and threaten to pay…Pls help….and banned this bullshit company…They are playing with peoples lives.
