It’s been more than 2 years since I closed all my loans from MPokket loan app. However, I still see 10 loans are active in the CIBIL for the month of Aug ’21, Sep’21. Due to which my credit score is getting impacted negatively and I can’t apply for any other loans. I have contacted them over the email several times and no response
