I tried to play 5000 rupees deal rummy game on 28th Feb but an opponent not available i left the table and checked the balance and close the app but when i later opened the app 5000 got deducted. Since than i am asking for refund but they are refusing to give. I sent hundreds of messages and 10s of mails.
I need my refund. They are saying i had bad network which is their answer for pretty much everything but that was not the case. I dint get chance to play the game. How can a game could start if i was disconnected before???
