I have been playing Rummy in MPL site under the Pool Rummy category for the entry fee of 50 rupees. In the table 3 people joined including me so the winner will get 150 rupees excluding the service charges. In pool rummy category, a series of games will be played and the loser who has reached 101 points will be elminated from the table and the person with least points will get the winning amount.

While i was playing the game, one person exited the table and only 2 persons were left in the table including me. During the first round, i won the game and a winner badge is given against my name. After the first round got over, next round was not initiated at all, i have been waiting for around 10 mins on the same table but the game has not started.

So, i have started recording video of my screen because earlier also for similar complaints i have not received my money back from MPL. I raised the ocmplaint to MPL but they said they cannot refund my amount stating that i have lost the game.

But i have a video proof stating i won the game.

Please check this complaint and help me.
