While I was playing chess game after entering 1 rupee bonus cash slot suddenly mpl banned me showing a screen flash message that I was cheating with mpl .. actually I was not cheating ..even I haven’t any knowledge how to cheat in chess game in machinary platform..after 2 days they banned me again with same accusations..!!!

I have been banned thrice in MPL without any reason and now i am permanently banned.
Everytime i win2-3 chess games they ban me automatically gets logged out from app and i raised ticket and complaint to cutomer support also everytime but they did not liaten or take actions and keep on closing my ticket.
My all money is lost in MPL wallet.
They do not even respond to emails also .
This is a kind of monopoly by MPL, really pathetic.
I am a FIDE rated player and its cakewalk for me to win on MPL chess.
On what basis they are autobanning me .
the same happened to me , im a district champion with fide rating , but im getting banned after winning any chess games ,
