I had enrolled for Times Global smartphone protection plan and accidentally one day my cell phone screen was damaged . I called the concerned team and give all the details requested waited Approximately for 1.5 months for the response. Then i filed complain and they mailed me and asked additional details and now its near month and still they have not come up with re-embarrassment . please help me.
