I bought a morpho finger print scanner 1 unit but that not working at the time of purchase that show registered but after some time that not show whitelisted and call not conected at this no. 0120-4699900, I call to supplier company Venktron digital systems pvt. ltd. Mumbai, GST no. 27AAACV1424A1ZZ, He refuse to give any support for their operation He told me that – return his product he commit to replace but how to return without money.
I want to that if He refund my money or send me another device.
