Subject:- Moratorium Fraud
Dear Sir /Madam
This is to keep you informed that Paytm had provided 1lack rupees loan to me on the basis of my business later on due to covid they had closed loans internally and reissued the loan internally without my concent.
As I has repaid around 26000 toward the loan now again they are coming back and asking me to pay Rs. 1,24,000.
My only concern why should I pay extra amount when there was no fault from my end..
As I was ready to pay the remaining amount but they are sending collection executive to the business place and they are using abusive words and torchering is to pay the extra amount.
Please help us here and do the needful
