It has been more than 10 months but still paytm is not issuing refund for my flight ticket. My flight has been cancelled because of corona pandemic lockdown . I booked ticket for march 24th from Trivandrum to Frankfurt. This journey has been cancelled. But still now I didn’t get any refund. When I asked airlines they are telling me to ask Paytm. When i ask Paytm they are telling that refund is not issued from airlines. Every month they are saying this.So I want to file complaint against paytm. The ticket price nearly 27000 rupees is not a small amount for me.
